There are so many myths about achieving great abs. Here are a few of them.

The number one myth is Spot Reducing. It is just not possible to reduce the amount of fat from one area alone without affecting other areas of your body. Most of us would love this myth to be true, but unfortunately fat reduction takes time and effort.

Doing hundreds of sit ups and crunches is another myth. Yes, your abdominal muscles will get toned and stronger but you wont be able to show them off if they are covered with layers of fat.
